Gossip Girl star Blake Lively took a break from filming on Tuesday to head over to our new TriBeCa location. She had tons of fun with the Delicious Freaks Scarf before picking out some winter accessories from Portolano and Rogan, and some pretty lace leggings from Costume Dept.
